If you have not yet received a dispatch notification email, we are most likely waiting for the shipment of your order to come in and for us to dispatch. Additionally, it will take longer to fulfill your order if you have ordered an item in backorder. If you have received the dispatch email, please allow 10 days for the parcel to be delivered. If your parcel has not been delivered within the mentioned time frame or it has been an unreasonable amount of time since you have placed the order, please contact us so that we can investigate your case. You can check the progress of your order on the "My Account" on our website.
When your order has been processed, an email from Australia Post will be sent to you with the parcel details and tracking number within it. You can also track your order on the "My Account" page of our website once you log in. If you are experiencing any difficulties or issues with the tracking of your order, please contact us.

Absolutely. If you have purchased the wrong part or simply changed your mind about a purchase, you may be eligible for a return. We will do our best to efficiently and safely package your item so that it arrives undamaged. For your and our protection, all items are sent requiring a signature on delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to properly inspect the item for damage prior to signing and accepting the delivery, if any damage is suspected then refuse to sign and notify us. On opening, if any damage is found on the item then you are required to notify us within 5 days of receiving the delivery. If we are not notified within 5 days of you receiving the delivery we will be unable to process a claim. Once the item has been installed or used any defect or damage to the item will not be covered.
At BikeSupply Australia, we try our best to ensure that the order is completed correctly before sending. If your parcel has arrived and an item is missing from your order, this may be because the missing item is a backorder item which will be sent at a later date once it becomes available. However, if the missing item is not in backorder, a human error may have occurred. If this is the case, please contact us and we will investigate your case.
